JW-T Series Intelligent 3D Measuring HD Industrial Endoscope, adopts 7″ HD touch screen with high resolution up to 1920*1080, which is fast and convenient to operate. It can realize 360° omni-directional rotation of the probe and long-distance image transmission. It can access to deeper pipeline inspection, using general-purpose computing graphics processor technology to make the image video processing algorithm faster, thus making the image clearer and smoother.
The 3D Measurement Videoscope (also called a 3D measuring borescope or 3D inspection videoscope) is an advanced remote visual inspection instrument that combines high-resolution video imaging with stereo or phase-based 3D measurement technology to measure defects inside hard-to-reach areas—without disassembly.
It is widely used in non-destructive testing (NDT), precision manufacturing, aerospace MRO, and energy industries.

3D Measurement Industrial Videoscope Core Definition
A 3D Measurement Videoscope is a flexible or rigid endoscopic inspection device equipped with:
A miniature stereo camera system
Structured light or phase measurement technology
Embedded measurement software
Articulating probe (typically 2-way or 4-way articulation)
Unlike standard videoscopes that only provide images, a 3D measurement videoscope can quantitatively measure defect geometry such as:
Crack length and width
Pit depth
Corrosion volume
Dent depth
Edge-to-edge distance
Area measurements
3D Measurement Videoscope Features
1. With multiple measurement modes such as distance, point to line, depth, area, perimeter, profile, missing corner area and so on. High-performance GPU enable fast scanning of 3D point cloud maps with high accuracy and fast conversion of observation images to 3D point cloud maps.
2. One-click access to all frequently used functions for improved inspection efficiency.

3. Optional insertion tubes of different diameters, one-touch assembly and disassembly, up to 2 million pixels.

4. Using imported sapphire glass encapsulated lens, configured with high brightness quartz fiber optic light source, to ensure better image results.

5. The new algorithmic binocular 3D measurement technology improves measurement speed and accuracy, continues the durability of traditional binoculars, and avoids the perishable nature of encoder measurement hardware.

Main Measurement Modes
Point to Point:
Application: Cracks, object length, etc.
Operation: Determine an endpoint and then an end to form a single length

Polyline
Application: Cracks, defect trends, etc.
Operation: Select Multiple Points and click End Measurement, it will be done automatically

Point-to-surface
Application: Depth, diameter, clearance, etc.
Operation: First point three points to determine a surface, automatic identification of the farthest point, you can adjust the automatic identification of this point

Area
Application: Corrosion, ablation, loss of material, etc.
Operation:Selecting multiple points along the defect boundary and clicking End Measurement will automatically connect the first and last points
Other function:
• Add tags: Use the small joystick to add markers when recording video, and view the video to quickly locate the marker point.
• Black box: Turn on real-time recording in the settings, the operation screen will be recorded automatically, and you can customize the recording duration.
• Generate test report: It can select images and generate PDF documents.
How It Works (Technical Principle)
Most professional systems use:
A. Stereo Vision Technology
Two optical lenses capture images from slightly different angles.
The software calculates depth using triangulation algorithms.
B. Phase Measurement / Structured Light
Projected patterns distort across surfaces.
The system calculates surface topology using phase shift analysis.
The result is a 3D point cloud model of the inspected area, allowing accurate dimensional measurement.
A 3D Stereo Measurement Video Borescope is a high-precision remote visual inspection system that integrates stereo imaging and 3D reconstruction algorithms to enable accurate internal dimensional measurement of defects without disassembly, supporting predictive maintenance and non-destructive evaluation (NDE).
